A look at the statistics of the entry list
8. 8. 2025 - Roman Ordelt
In recent days, the official entry list for the 54th BARUM CZECH RALLY ZLÍN 2025 was published. A total of 122 crews from 20 countries have registered to the organizers from the Barum Zlín Auto Club, 46 of which are foreign. Not only representatives from Europe will appear in Zlín, but a competitive driver all the way from Japan will also come to the Czech Republic.
A total of 65 crews have registered within the starting field of the European Rally Championship (ERC), of which 47 crews will present themselves with ERC priority. The most priorities are within ERC1, where 26 drivers have registered. This year, no driver with FIA priority will appear in Zlín. The RC2 class is the most numerous in the European Championship with 35 cars and the RC4 class with 19 cars.
Among the 17 car manufacturers, the winged arrow from Mladá Boleslav reigns supreme, as in previous years, with a total of 38 Škoda cars in the entry list. The other most numerous brands are Peugeot, Ford, Renault and Opel. The entry list (ERC + MČR) includes a total of 38 Rally2 (R5) cars, and the Škoda brand clearly dominates with 27 cars. The Fabia RS Rally2 model is the most represented with 20 cars. It is interesting that 5 female drivers and a total of 18 mixed crews will be in the starting field.
