The Governor is delighted by cooperation between Zlín region and Barum Rally

As in previous years, the Zlín Region is a vital partner of the Barum Czech Rally Zlín. In the premises of the famous Baťa skyscraper, the so-called "No. 21", there was a pre-start press conference. Jiří Čunek, Governor of the Zlín Region, was also present.

As the top representative of the Zlín region, he is delighted that the organizers of the Barum Rally can once again show what they can do. "I think that the cooperation between the Barum Rally and the Zlín Region and the whole public administration is on an excellent level. We have managed to cope with all the administrative obstacles that we faced. Unfortunately, there are two big events with thousands of people coming in. In any case, the organizers told me that the Barum Rally and Trnkobraní in Vizovice do not interfere with each other," said the Governor.

Managing Director of Continental Rally of Continental Barum s.r.o, Ing. Libor Láznička, repeated that he is supporting the also the next, jubilee 50th edition. "I believe that our successful cooperation will continue beyond that. I would also like to invite everyone to the service zone located in our company in Otrokovice," said Láznička.

The cooperation with Continental Barum s.r.o is also appreciated by the long-time director of Barum Czech Rally Zlín, Miroslav Regner. He also praised other main partners. "What else can we wish. We have the support of the region, the city, and the sponsor for forty-nine years. It's a unique thing. And I'm also excited by the number of great drivers that came to Zlín," said Regner.
